Amazing Experience! I went in on a Saturday night got checked in quick and seen fast. My doctor Ms./Mrs.Brandie she was amazing and took care of me. She took care of my swollen finger was transparent about what was gonna happen and had a positive attitude. I hope that’s her name if not I’m sorry! She did an amazing job! I have no complaints truly. :)

My experience at Integrity Urgent Care was a pleasant one. I was acknowledged and greeted immediately upon walking. The office personnel aided me in completing the online paperwork. My visit with the Physician was thorough and quick. I was given information and stats to backup of my results of why I came in. Great clinic!

My husband had a 5:30pm appointment and the receptionist was very courteous ( apologies for not getting his name).The medical assistant was courteous as well.Ms Brittany Gay,,APRN was ,efficient,effective,and exceptional in dealing with his issues.The clinic was neat! I recommend this clinic to all.

If you’re looking for fast, this isn’t the place for you. They say set an appointment online, I did that. After showing up early and completing the early check-in online, I waited a whole hour to get called in and do some vitals. Almost 45 mins to get an x-ray done. All together almost 2 hrs until the doctor came in to see me and review the results. The front receptionist, didn’t get his name but he was rude. He lacked in knowledge and communication, he also has lack of customer/patient services. After being discharged I walked out with the same condition I walked in with. If I could give no star I would, but unfortunately to leave a review, you must leave a star. So ☝🏽 ⭐️ it is. Very unfortunate because the old staff were more pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable, and communicated very well.

The lady who checked us in was very informative and sweet! Great customer service. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time for my son for a sports physical so We were in and out in no time! The facility was very clean, offered mask for visitors. They even had a small coffee area and bottled water.
